We accept payments by direct online checkout or alternatively by Paypal.

Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

If you wish to cancel any order before it has been dispatched please contact us immediately.

While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund. Furthermore we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, without explanation.



Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.

For security reasons we can only ship to the billing address your card is registered to.

Each item is beautifully boxed, wrapped and shipped using secure packaging by the following methods:

Free UK delivery – Royal Mail special delivery free of charge on all orders.

Free Worldwide shipping – shipped by International tracked & signed delivery with a shipping period of 3 - 10 working days depending on location.

Faster worldwide shipping available - please ask for details.

We will always provide you with a tracking number for your shipment and all packages will need to be signed for on delivery. All items are shipped insured and declared for their full value.

All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for specific shipping details relating to your country.



We want to be absolutely certain that you love your purchase and will offer a full refund less the shipping cost for any item returned within 14 days of the delivery date. This is assuming the piece is unworn, undamaged, in its original box and in the same condition as sold with no alterations. Please contact us as soon as possible if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.

We ensure that all of our pieces are in the best possible condition and all are suitable for general everyday wear, however antique pieces do require loving care and maintenance from time to time. We cannot be responsible for any damage to an item once it has been delivered but can advise you on the best way to clean and care for your purchase.



We do not offer a sizing or alterations service however we would be happy to advise you on whether or not a ring is suitable for re-sizing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance.
